Dr Roberts and his staff are great. We've been using him for almost 10 years and I can’t imagine what I will do when he retires. Highlights:great! Dr Roberts and his staff always take time to help answer my questions and accommodate me when I think its an emergency. I have had dogs that are less than excited to be at the vets but everyone treats them with the same care. Super affordable. No one wants to deny their pets medical care because of cost, and the folks here seem to really care about animals AND their family's pocket books. They work out payment plans and help people maximize the care they can give their animals on their budget. Great customer service. Often times I have to take my 3 y.o. and 6 y.o. with me. They entertain my kids so I can talk to the vet and Dr Roberts includes them in the exam often letting them help him. All that, and they provide great care, my pets get top notch medical care. Love them.

Dr. Plohr's picture should be in the dictionary next to the definition of a veterinarian. He is compassionate, kind, caring, intelligent, thorough, knowledgeable and human. His listening ability and reasoning ability are unsurpassed. To have a vet that can cry with you when you lose your four legged family member makes losing them a bit easier. When a new puppy is brought into the family, he is as excited as you are. In between puppy and end of life, his professionalism is outstanding and his advice and recommendations are not only well thought though, but communicated in terms that the common person can understand. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. To top it all off, he has the best vet tech ever ... Trish Newcomb. In my book, they are the dream team!! Everyone in the practice is outstanding. I consider myself fortunate to have them all to care for my dog.
